We proudly present SG Snowboards’ new production site.

At SG PRO TECH Sigi Grabner and his team are producing high-end SG snowboards and
SG BINDINGS for champions, National team riders, and customers alike all over the world.

Sigi has been striving for continuously developing the high standard of SG snowboards.
In this new facility Sigi and the SG PRO TECH production team control the entire production process to ensure top quality of materials and manufacturing

SG is using premium quality materials, thoughtfully selected and sourced within a radius of max. 200k.
Thus avoiding long transport movements.
Sigi: “We handle raw material with care, and we are re-using and recycling the leftover materials with responsibility.”

DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Sigi Grabner, Olympic medallist, WorldChampion, serial winner in ISF and FIS, 20 years racing on top level.
SG PROTEAM riders of World Cup level, constantly testing and developing and giving feedback & inputs.

MATERIALS
We use top notch quality materials to achieve top standards.
Processed hightech aluminium parts, selected premium woodcores,
topsheets in screen & digital printing, Titanal layers, fastest bases on the market.

PROCESSING
Latest technology, high quality and high precision machinery (Langzauner, ZÜND, Reichmann, Wintersteiger)

FINISHING
Each board is checked by hand, meticulously fine-tuned. Perfect edge grinding and exact polishing by hand.
This minimizes energy consumption and material waste, and guarantees the high premium quality of each single board.
