It is quite simple: You send in your order. We send you the invoice, you pay, we send you the snowboard.

Prices
All prices on the website shop-sgsnowboards.com are including 20% Austrian VAT. When shipped out of EU, the VAT is deducted. Shipping costs are charged separately.

Shipping costs
We ship to every country. When you order from our webshop, the freight is calculated for EU countries (see list below). For all other countries please contact us directly at mail@sgsnowboards.com, and we will ask for a FEDEX freight quotation.

Tracking number
You receive a tracking message when the order has been shipped from the SG warehouse.
RETURNS
In the first place, please take your time to check what board is best for your style, and only then decide to buy. We will help you to make the right choice.

Please do not return items without prior contacting our office. When you make a cancellation of purchase, you may only return unused products in original packing for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase reception.
As for quality claimes from EU shipped with GLS: Once we have approved the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation mail. We will order a GLS pick up & return shipment. Then you should pack the unused products in the original box. GLS will pick it up and deliver it back to us on our costs. After check by our Quality Control, they decide if a warraty case is approved or not. Then we either return the item to you again (at our cost) or you receive the confirmation that the invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next possible day. You will receive this amount by the same method as you paid when purchasing.
Concerning testing and fitting of SG clothes: you may only use the products for the purpose of fitting like you do in a store. We reserve the right to demand compensation in case the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.
SG boards have to be in the original wrap when returned.
